Tashia Roffey grew up in the South and Midwest, cultivating a strong desire to make people feel comfortable. Prior to joining The Matt Ward Group, Tashia enjoyed over 20 years as a health care executive, ensuring patients and physicians were served in the highest quality environment. She brings a passion for education and service to her Middle Tennessee clients going through the home buying and selling process.
Tashia made the decision to become a realtor after seeing several people close to her have less than outstanding experiences with their real estate agents. She knew she could do far better. She saw an opportunity to provide education and guidance to first-time homebuyers, and strong negotiating skills to all clients. While building relationships, she uses her business background to assist her clients in making rational, rather than emotionally-based, decisions. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know each person and their individual backgrounds to make them feel most comfortable in the home buying and selling process. Further, she has always appreciated looking at homes and being a real estate agent fulfills that joy on a daily basis!
